It's called the "STOP EATING SO MUCH YOU FAT FUCK!" diet. I've combined it with the "GET OFF YOUR FAT ASS AND EXERCISE" program. So far it works great. I should write a book! Already lost about ten pnds. Time to funnel some of my beer and toy money into a membership at a swimming pool.

cheez wiz yummy! i am going to go back on a diet tomorrow, i only want to lose like 5 or 10 lbs... i have never done the atkins just cut out carbs and all the other good stuff but not the atkins way [img]wink.gif[/img]
Feels a bit guilty reading this, as I'm working my way thru a box of Ritz crackers.
Is this diet Atkins approved? Because if it's not Atkins approved, I probably can't do it. Because when diets aren't Atkins approved then they won't actually work. At least that's what Dr. Phil told me....cuz he says I'm a "stoopid idjit!".

A lot of people who start lifting weights gain weight, because you start gaining muscle mass, which is heavier than fat. It can even make you look chunkier, because the muscles will push out the fat. I'm lifting some weights too, but I think it's a good idea to concentrate on cardio fat burning stuff at first.

My wife and I have been doing the South Beach Diet thing... she only wanted to lose 9 pounds, which she did in two weeks.
A month into it, I've lost 30. Pretty good, and it's not bad at all. I think the Atkins things just unhealthy overall... this one helps lower your cholesterol and stuff too. Good stuff.
